Recruiters at Alchemy will drive the most important aspect of the company - our people. As we expand as an organization, you will play a key role in discovering and engaging talent, strengthening and adding to our employer branding, scaling our recruiting efforts, and building our team.
You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to gain a deep understanding of the company culture and values in order to find great candidates and provide an amazing candidate experience.
We are looking for a creative and data-driven recruiter that is willing to be creative and test new methods for outreach and engagement, double down on what works, and tweak what’s not. You will provide regular recruiting pipeline analysis and have the freedom to create recruiting strategies to address both opportunities and weaknesses.
